Mission critical
With its robust design and Gorilla Glass display, the MXP7000 meets MIL-STD H and is dust and waterproof to IP68 – with exchangeable battery. The radio is also equipped with intelligent, adaptive audio processing that offers optimal audio performance in most situations.
The device shares the accessory connector with the more conventional MXP600 terminal – guaranteeing a wide range of accessories. If you prefer wireless, Bluetooth 5.1 is available for audio and data.
Future-proof
Android isn’t the only thing that brings the MXP7000 into the future. Integrated 4G LTE, multi-band Wi-Fi, dual cameras, multi-GNSS, accelerometer and much more support current and future applications, solutions and systems – for example, MCPTT solutions such as Motorola WAVE PTX.
Mission-critical TETRA communications
The MXP7000 provides users with reliable TETRA coverage for voice and data. It features adaptive multimicrophone beamforming noise suppression and adaptive wind noise mitigation to help users hear and be heard in the noisiest conditions.
LTE voice and data capabilities
Users can create a local Wi-Fi bubble with the MXP7000 for Wi-Fi enabled devices such as a tablet. This allows devices connected to the MXP7000 Wi-Fi access point to send and receive information via LTE.
The MXP7000 can also provide broadband PTT over LTE via WAVE PTX™ using the same PTT button as when on a TETRA network.
Robust convergent device
The rugged MXP7000 is ready to handle tough conditions. The screen is made of tough Corning® Gorilla® Glass. The MXP7000 has been tested according to the military standard MIL-STD-810H and can handle dust, dirt and submersion in water.
Easy to use
The MXP7000 has easy-to-use controls, including a large dual-function rotary knob for volume and talkgroup selection, two programmable buttons for frequently used functions and a large dedicated push-to-talk (PTT) button. The robust 5″ touchscreen is optimized to withstand use with gloves.
Simple to deploy and manage
The MXP7000 uses the same integrated terminal management (iTM) tool as other Motorola Solutions TETRA radios for quick and easy programming.
The MXP7000 supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands. Radio managers can take advantage of Wi-Fi connectivity options for programming and device updates. Instead of having to physically update each portable device, the device can be securely updated as soon as it is within range of the assigned Wi-Fi.
