The DEP™500e Series is a family of DMR-standard digital radios that offer operation-critical voice communications. Bluetooth® audio functionality allows you to talk wirelessly, and the integrated Wi-Fi function enables remote software updates, giving you complete control of your fleet of radios. Its compatibility with basic trunking solutions and existing analog technology allows you to keep your organization connected as it expands.
SECURITY
The DEP™500e Series is designed to improve security in your organization with the rapid response capability of instant PTT communications. Even if a worker doesn’t respond, you can activate the radio remotely to check their status, ensuring that your worker is safe. It also has privacy options to protect your communications and can remotely deactivate radios if it is suspected that they have been lost.
EFFICIENCY
With new noise cancellation technology and improved audio clarity, the DEP™500e Series offers excellent audio quality to make communications in your workplace clearly intelligible. The latest in power management technology offers up to 27 hours of battery life for three full work shifts, and the optional IMPRES Radio Frequency Battery Management tool helps you maximize battery life. It has an improved receiver that extends the range by up to 8%, allowing you to reach further than ever before.
