We are delighted to announce that Abix has been awarded “The Town Sustainable Attitude” in the Operators, Suppliers and Partners category.
This award is recognition of our commitment to sustainability, which is one of the pillars of our strategy. Abix has a history of acting responsibly and sustainably, and we are always looking for new ways to reduce our environmental impact.
For this award, we were assessed on three main criteria:
Environmental management:
Our processes and procedures are aligned with the best environmental practices, controlling and reducing the emission of Greenhouse Gases and with a Solid Waste Management Plan aimed at reducing generation and increasing recycling.
Social:
We adopt ethical practices, respecting human rights and the community in general, in order to contribute to building a fairer, more equal and sustainable society, as well as a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.
Governance:Through Risk Management and Internal Controls, we seek to maintain continuous progress towards sustainability.
This award is an incentive for us to continue working towards sustainability. We believe that we all have a role to play in building a better world.
